Europe Pictures

Here is the start to getting pictures on the Web for you all. I started with London and will try and use up my bandwidth for this month at Flickr. I tried to get shots that would probably not make it into the DVD and some that were recovered through some doctoring.

Hello from Europe

Hi Kids, we love you very much and miss you greatly. We are having a great time and hear that Grandma is taking excellent care of of you. I hope you are taking care of her. We started our trip in a London, England. Kalen, do you know where you have heard of London before.


London is where Mary Poppins meets Burt, and the Children and has fantastic adventures. This picture is the same steps that the begger woman sits feeding the birds, 'Feed the Birds, tuppinsfor bread.'

London is also the place where Wendy Darling lives and first meets Peter Pan. Peter Pan story was created by a man named James Barry and we saw his house where he lived here in London. We also saw many of the places Peter and Wendy fly around, see if you recognize this next one.

That is a clocktower, sometimes called big ben. It is the same clock when Peter Lands on one of the hands. We really enjoyed London, where we rode on the 'tube' which is like the light rail trains that go around our house, but they go underground, under all the buildings and houses. The drive on the other side of the road here and to say bye, the people here say 'cheers!' instead. A couple other pictures, including the oldest CASTLE in London, called the Tower of London.

It is really hard to find internet so I am not sure if I will be able to put any more pictures up, but we have sent you some post cards - hopefully some have arrived already.

We love you guys so much and can not wait to get home and see you.
We are in Germany now and it is really hot. We will be going To some beautiful castles and we are going take a train up a mountain like we do at roaring camp. We will also be heading south into Austria and Switzerland and then up into Paris to see something called the Ifel Tower.
